Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized in-store and after-sales experience that reflects the Maison’s standards and luxury positioning.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI objectives by adopting a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Advise clients on seasonal collections and create tailored, timeless looks that demonstrate strong fashion sensibility.
  • Use available retail tools and systems to identify and convert business opportunities and optimise client service.
  • Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations, stock movement and overall team performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, visual merchandising guidelines and operational procedures to protect the brand image.

Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing experience, preferably in luxury fashion, accessories retail, high-end hospitality or premium customer service.
  • Passion for fashion with the ability to create personalised styling solutions and an affinity for luxury product knowledge.
  • Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive and a track record (or strong aptitude) for achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional, transparent and genuine client engagement.
  • Comfortable with retail technology and applications; adaptable to new tools and processes.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, resilient in a fast-paced environment and capable of multitasking and prioritising.

Experience

Preferred prior experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality or customer service roles, with demonstrable client relationship building and sales achievement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; formal education in retail, fashion, merchandising or hospitality is a plus.
