Role & Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to boutique sales performance and maintain a luxury environment through exceptional client service
- Demonstrate ownership of the business by taking a proactive approach to selling and cultivating client relationships
- Provide a consistent luxury client experience aligned with brand principles to all clients
- Drive and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and KPI goals through relationship nurturing
- Contribute to overall boutique success through team-centric client engagement
- Stay informed of individual and team performance goals and develop strategic plans to impact business objectives
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards throughout sales interactions

- Execute additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience, with luxury or contemporary retail preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- High level of integrity
- Comfortable utilizing digital tools for communication and business analysis
