Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding client and after-sales service to all visitors and customers, consistently reflecting the Maison’s standards and image.
  • Proactively build, nurture and manage a robust client portfolio to secure recurring business and long-term relationships.
  • Drive individual sales performance and exceed KPI targets through commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile and timeless looks for clients and advise on product features, fit and styling.
  • Use available retail tools and applications effectively to optimise sales opportunities and client follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience in fashion/accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality, with a client-focused record.
