Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and customers
- Connect and reconnect with clients by identifying their needs and anticipating future requests
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive proactive, growing business
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI targets with entrepreneurial mindset
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless styling solutions that demonstrate passion for fashion culture
- Communicate transparently and authentically with clients and colleagues to build unique connections
- Effectively leverage all available retail tools and technologies to optimize business opportunities
