Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients
• Identify and anticipate client needs through active listening and relationship cultivation
• Build and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive proactive and growing business
• Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-minded and entrepreneurial approach
• Create personalized, versatile, and timeless styling recommendations demonstrating fashion expertise
• Establish transparent and genuine connections with clients, fostering long-term loyalty
• Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and team members
• Effectively leverage available tools and applications to optimize business opportunities
• Proactively support front and back-of-house teams to foster overall team spirit and achievements
• Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and Maison standards

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in high-quality client service, preferably in luxury fashion retail, accessories, or hospitality
• Personal passion for fashion culture with ability to create personalized looks and styling narratives
• Natural business mindset with entrepreneurial spirit and drive to exceed targets
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian (local language)
• Proficiency with retail tools, POS systems, and digital applications; quick learner with new technologies
• Demonstrated team spirit and collaborative approach to achieving collective goals
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with enthusiasm and positive energy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Openness to change and a growth mindset

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 25,000 per annum.
