Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Milan — deliver exceptional luxury retail service while building client relationships and meeting sales KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding, personalized client experience at every stage of the customer journey, including proactive outreach and after‑sales service.
- Build and nurture a robust client portfolio through relationship management, clienteling and regular reconnection.
- Drive individual sales and store KPIs through consultative selling, product expertise and a commercial, results-driven approach.
- Create timeless, personalised looks for clients and demonstrate strong knowledge of fashion, styling and product assortments.
- Use available retail tools and applications to capture client data, follow up opportunities and optimise conversion.
- Support front- and back-of-house colleagues to foster team performance and a positive store environment.
- Adhere to brand image, operational procedures and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fashion & accessory retail, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and ability to create personalised client looks.
- Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong teamwork orientation and a collaborative approach to achieving store objectives.
- Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills in English and Italian.

Experience
Preferred prior experience in luxury fashion retail, accessories retail, customer service or luxury hospitality with demonstrable client-focused results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or luxury hospitality preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
