Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales through active client acquisition, clienteling and targeted selling to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and professional after‑sales support to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Represent and uphold the brand’s image and visual standards within the store at all times.
- Support the Store Director and management team in day‑to‑day store operations, process compliance and follow-up activities.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, share market and trend insights, and participate in store events and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and strong product sensitivity with up-to-date knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Adaptability, curiosity and openness to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Resilience and capacity to multitask under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales is required; ideally 1–3 years demonstrating consistent client development, sales performance and familiarity with luxury service standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
