Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience at every stage of the customer journey, including after‑sales care.

Qualifications

  • Previous client‑facing experience preferred in luxury fashion & accessories retail, customer service or high‑end hospitality.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and styling; ability to create personalized looks.
  • Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial drive and results orientation.
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills in English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Strong team spirit, adaptability to change, and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
