Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience before, during and after purchase, consistently upholding the house image and service standards.
- Cultivate and manage a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, relationship building and follow-up.
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
- Create tailored, timeless silhouettes and styling recommendations that reflect the client’s needs and Saint Laurent aesthetics.
- Anticipate client needs and identify future business opportunities while using available tools to optimise sales.
