Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Malaga, Spain — deliver luxury client service, build client portfolios and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and best-in-class after-sales care to cultivate lasting relationships.
- Develop and maintain a proactive client portfolio through direct outreach, follow-up and clienteling activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through a results-driven, entrepreneurial approach.
- Create tailored, versatile looks that reflect the house aesthetic and client preferences, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Use available retail tools and systems to maximise business opportunities and accurately record client interactions.
- Support front- and back-of-house colleagues to ensure seamless store operations and a collaborative team environment.
- Adhere to brand standards, store processes and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in luxury retail, fashion & accessories, customer service or luxury hospitality.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (local language); excellent written, oral and listening skills.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion with an ability to create personalised looks and advise clients.
- Business-minded, entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on commercial performance and KPI achievement.
- Strong team spirit, openness to feedback, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; fast learner with new technologies.
- Proactive, motivated and solution-oriented, able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Experience
Preferred professional experience delivering high-quality, client-focused service within fashion & accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality, with proven ability to build client portfolios and meet sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or customer service is an advantage.
