Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Madrid to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience throughout the sales cycle, including after‑sales service.
- Identify, anticipate and respond to client needs to build long‑term relationships and a robust client portfolio.
- Drive individual sales and KPIs through proactive clienteling, appointments and follow‑up initiatives.
- Create tailored, fashionable looks for clients that reflect the maison’s aesthetic and product knowledge.
- Use retail tools and applications to capture opportunities, manage client data and optimise conversion.
- Support front‑ and back‑of‑house colleagues to foster teamwork and achieve store objectives.
- Adhere strictly to brand image, visual standards, operational procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering high‑quality client service in fashion & accessories retail, luxury hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Demonstrated personal taste and passion for fashion with the ability to create personalised looks.
- Business‑minded and entrepreneurial approach with a focus on sales performance.
- Strong team orientation and collaborative attitude.
- Comfortable using retail tools and applications; quick to learn new technologies.
- Proactive problem‑solver able to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills in English and the local language.
Skills
Experience
Preferred prior experience in luxury fashion or accessory retail, upscale customer service or luxury hospitality with a demonstrable track record in client relations and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in fashion, retail or related fields is desirable.
