Role & Responsibilities

- Provide personalised styling and product advice, creating versatile and timeless looks tailored to each client.

- Support front- and back-of-house colleagues to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive team dynamic.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures and visual standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-end fashion & accessories retail, luxury hospitality or customer-service environments preferred.
- Intrinsic passion for fashion and the ability to translate personal taste into personalised client looks.
- Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive and a focus on achieving sales outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong team orientation, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning sales applications and retail tools quickly.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and solution-focused attitude with high attention to client confidentiality and discretion.

Experience
Preferred background in luxury retail, fashion accessories or luxury hospitality with demonstrable clienteling experience and a track record of meeting sales targets; portfolio development and personalised service experience is highly valued.
