Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience throughout the sales and after-sales process.
- Develop and nurture a robust client portfolio through proactive prospecting, follow-up and clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Create and present personalised, timeless silhouettes and styling solutions that reflect Saint Laurent’s aesthetic.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues to build long-term relationships.
- Use available digital and in-store tools to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Support front- and back-of-house teams to enhance overall store performance and team spirit.

- Proven experience delivering high-quality service in fashion/accessory retail, luxury hospitality or customer service.
