Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in London (Heathrow) to deliver exceptional luxury retail service and grow client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience and high-quality after-sales service to all visitors and customers.
- Develop, cultivate and grow a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, relationship management and follow-up.
- Drive individual sales and KPIs through a commercial, entrepreneurial approach and meticulous attention to business opportunities.
- Create tailored, versatile and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of product and fashion culture.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues, building trust and long-term rapport.
- Utilise available tools and applications effectively to optimise sales, clienteling and administrative tasks.
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to foster team performance and a collaborative store atmosphere.
- Comply with company policies, operational procedures and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Preferred professional experience in fashion & accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality focused on high-quality client service.
- Personal taste, strong passion for fashion culture and ability to create personalised wardrobes and looks.

Experience
