Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
- Connect and reconnect with clients proactively, identifying their needs and anticipating future requests
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure proactive and growing business
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach
- Create personalized and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating passion for fashion culture
- Establish transparent and genuine connections with clients through authentic communication
- Communicate professionally and sincerely with both clients and colleagues

Qualifications
- Preferred experience in high-quality client-facing roles such as fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
