Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in Jiangsu, China — deliver luxury client service and drive sales for the Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding, personalised luxury client experience before, during and after purchase.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust client portfolio; identify and anticipate client needs to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a business‑minded, entrepreneurial approach.
- Provide expert styling advice and present personalised, timeless looks that reflect Saint Laurent’s aesthetic.
- Maintain accurate client records and use available tools to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Support front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless store operations and collective goal achievement.
- Adhere to Maison standards, brand image and all company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in luxury retail, fashion/accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrable client‑focused service orientation with the ability to build confidential, long‑term relationships.
- Natural commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate across store functions.
- Comfortable using digital tools and point‑of‑sale applications; quick to adopt new technologies.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Mandarin (local language) and able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).

Experience
Preferred professional experience in fashion/accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality with demonstrable client service and sales results.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality desirable.
