Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client and after‑sales service to all visitors and customers, embodying the Maison’s standards and image.
- Actively build, nurture and expand a high‑value client portfolio; anticipate client needs and personalise outreach to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a business‑minded, entrepreneurial approach to selling.
- Create personalised, versatile and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating deep product knowledge and fashion sensibility.
- Maintain accurate client records and use available tools to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues; proactively support front‑ and back‑of‑house teams.

Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in fashion & accessory retail, high‑end customer service or luxury hospitality (preferred).
- Strong personal taste and passion for fashion with the ability to create personalised styling solutions.
- Natural commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Open‑minded, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced, changeable retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills in English and the local language (Mandarin).
- Able to use retail applications and digital tools with ease; quick to learn new technologies.
- Team‑oriented, proactive, enthusiastic and solutions driven.

Experience
Preferred prior experience in luxury retail, fashion accessories or luxury hospitality, demonstrating high‑quality client service and sales achievement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion training is an advantage.
