Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Istanbul to deliver luxury retail service, drive sales, and represent the heritage maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales through active consultation and delivery of exceptional client service, including after-sales support
- Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing accounts through consistent, professional engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the Saint Laurent assortment and remain current with market trends and competitive landscape
- Cultivate and uphold brand values and aesthetic standards internally and externally, serving as a brand ambassador
- Collaborate effectively with the management team and colleagues to maintain a positive, professional working environment
- Support in-store operations including stock control, inventory management, and compliance with company standards
- Uphold organizational, grooming, and appearance standards in accordance with house guidelines
