Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized service to a discerning luxury clientele, anticipating needs and cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and conversion targets through consultative selling, effective product presentation and strategic follow-up.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales transaction process, including POS operation, client data capture and after-sales care.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and boutique presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support CRM activities and promotional initiatives, coordinating with the store management and regional teams to maximise client outreach and events.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable sales aptitude with a client-centric mindset and polished interpersonal presence.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong commercial orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and high-traffic retail periods.
  • Professional demeanour and adherence to luxury brand standards of presentation and confidentiality.

Experience

At least one year of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or sales is an advantage.
