Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Hong Kong to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding luxury client experience and high-quality after-sales service to all visitors and customers.
- Proactively build and cultivate a personal client portfolio to drive repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
- Provide personalized styling and create versatile, timeless looks tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Use company tools and applications to identify and optimise commercial opportunities and client outreach.
- Support front- and back-of-house teams to foster team spirit and contribute to collective performance.
- Adhere to company policies, brand image and operational procedures to ensure consistent standards.
Qualifications
- Preferred professional experience in fashion & accessory retail, luxury hospitality or customer service.
- Demonstrable personal taste and passion for fashion; ability to create personalized looks for clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial orientation and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team spirit, proactive attitude and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in English (and local languages where applicable).

Experience
Preferred prior experience in fashion & accessory retail, luxury hospitality or high-end customer service with a record of client development and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/hospitality training in fashion, luxury retail or customer service preferred.
