Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client and after‑sales service to all visitors and customers, ensuring memorable and personalised experiences.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust client portfolio through consistent clienteling, follow‑up and relationship development.
- Identify client needs, anticipate future requests and create personalised silhouettes and styling suggestions.
