Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client and after‑sales service to all visitors and clients, ensuring a refined and memorable brand experience.
- Prospect, cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive clienteling and personalised outreach.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs by applying a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalised, versatile and timeless styling for clients, demonstrating strong product knowledge and passion for fashion culture.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues; build transparent, trust-based client relationships.
- Effectively use available tools and applications to optimise sales opportunities and update client records accurately.
- Support front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to collective team objectives.
- Comply with all company policies, visual and operational standards and follow established procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in client-facing roles within fashion & accessory retail, luxury hospitality or customer service.
- Demonstrable personal style and genuine passion for fashion and luxury culture; aptitude for creating personalised looks.
- Commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial attitude and a target-driven mindset.
- Strong team orientation, flexible approach to change and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick learner of new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language (Mandarin/Cantonese as applicable).
Skills
Experience
Preferred professional experience in high‑quality, client‑centred environments such as fashion and accessory retail, luxury hospitality or customer service. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
