Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in Garden City (Roosevelt Field) — $17–$19/hr, commission eligible, benefits included.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience before, during and after the sale, ensuring high standards of service and product presentation.
  • Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship development to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs by adopting an entrepreneurial mindset and business-focused approach.
  • Create tailored, versatile and timeless outfits for clients, demonstrating deep product and fashion knowledge.
  • Use available digital and in-store tools effectively to capture opportunities and optimize client interactions.
  • Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store performance, operations and overall team spirit.
  • Adhere to brand standards, company policies and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in client-facing roles within fashion & accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality.
  • Passion for fashion and ability to craft personalized looks for diverse clients.
  • Commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial approach to sales and client development.
  • Strong team orientation and willingness to support collective objectives.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new applications and POS tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Adaptable, proactive, creative and solution-focused in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 19 per hour.
