- Deliver an exceptional, memorable luxury client experience across pre-sale and after-sales touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship building.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPI objectives with a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalised, timeless looks and provide styling advice that reflects the Maison’s aesthetic.
- Use available business tools and systems (CRM/POS) to maximise sales opportunities and record client interactions.
- Support front- and back-of-house colleagues to foster team performance and a positive store atmosphere.
- Adhere to company policies, visual and operational standards to preserve brand image and service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience providing high-quality client service in luxury fashion, accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality (preferred).
- Strong personal taste and demonstrated passion for fashion and product styling.
- Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude and a focus on business results.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and listening skills in English and the local language (Italian).
- Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.
- Proactive, resilient, able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Collaborative team player with integrity, authenticity and a client-centric approach.

Experience
Preferred prior experience in luxury fashion or hospitality environments with proven client service and sales results; demonstrable ability to cultivate and grow a client portfolio.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
