Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and high-quality after-sales service at the Malpensa Airport boutique.
- Engage, build and sustain a personal client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship management.
- Identify client needs, create personalised looks and provide expert styling advice aligned with the Maison’s aesthetic.
- Drive individual sales and contribute to store KPIs through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
- Use available retail systems and clienteling tools to capture opportunities and optimise commercial performance.
- Support front- and back-of-house operations, collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-quality client service—preferably in fashion & accessories retail, luxury hospitality or customer service.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; fluent in English and Italian (oral and written).
