Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
- Connect and reconnect with clients by identifying their needs and anticipating future requests
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to secure proactive and growing business
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating passion for fashion culture
- Build genuine connections with clients through transparent and authentic engagement
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues
