Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and comprehensive after-sales care to all visitors and customers.
- Develop and nurture a proprietary client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship management.

- Create personalized, timeless looks for clients and provide styling advice aligned with the Maison’s aesthetic.
- Utilize available tools and systems (CRM/POS) to capture client data, follow up on leads and optimize business opportunities.
- Collaborate proactively with front- and back-of-house teams to support store performance and maintain team spirit.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, visual and operational standards, and brand image guidelines.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in high-quality client-facing roles (fashion & accessories retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality).
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and ability to create personalized looks.
- Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to building business.
- Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate to meet common goals.
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and using retail applications effectively.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Proactive, solution-focused attitude with high standards of professionalism.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
Skills
Experience
Preferred background in luxury retail, fashion accessories, customer service or luxury hospitality with demonstrable client-facing achievements and experience developing client portfolios and meeting sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail or hospitality is a plus.
