Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience before, during and after the sale, reflecting the Maison’s image and service standards.
- Proactively identify client needs, cultivate and maintain a growing client portfolio and nurture long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized, versatile and timeless looks, advising clients on styling and product selection.
- Use available tools and systems to capture client data, follow up on leads and optimise business opportunities.
- Support front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues, maintaining transparency and discretion.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures and brand visual standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fashion & accessory retail, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets or growing client portfolios.
- Fluent in English and German (excellent written, oral and listening skills).
- A genuine passion for fashion and personal styling; strong taste and an ability to create tailored looks.
- Comfortable using retail applications and digital tools; quick to learn new technologies.
- Team-oriented, adaptable to change, able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and solution-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience
Preferred prior professional experience in fashion and accessory retail, luxury hospitality or high-end customer service, with demonstrable ability to develop client relationships and meet sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
