Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and after-sales care to all visitors, ensuring a refined and memorable Maison experience.
  • Proactively build, maintain and grow a personalised client portfolio using a client-centric approach and anticipation of future needs.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial selling techniques.
  • Advise clients on personalised, versatile and timeless styling, demonstrating expert product knowledge and passion for fashion culture.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues while adhering to brand standards, policies and operational procedures.
  • Effectively utilise available tools and retail applications to optimise sales opportunities and client follow-up.
  • Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store performance and foster strong team spirit.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience in luxury retail, fashion & accessories, customer service or luxury hospitality, focused on high-quality client care.
  • Refined personal taste and demonstrable passion for fashion and styling.
  • Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial, target-driven approach to sales.
  • Strong team orientation, adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Experience

Preferred professional experience in fashion and accessories retail, luxury hospitality or customer service, with a track record of delivering high-touch service and contributing to sales performance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion, merchandising or hospitality preferred.
