Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Daegu, South Korea to deliver personalised client service, grow relationships and achieve boutique sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects Saint Laurent’s brand standards and aesthetic.
- Proactively develop and manage a client portfolio using clienteling techniques to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through in-store selling and appointment-based consultations.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation to uphold boutique image and seasonal directives.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the boutique POS and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Manage stock reception, replenishment and inventory controls to minimise shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and local management on events, private appointments and in-store promotions.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, loss-prevention measures and local retail regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury, premium fashion or designer boutique environments.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury retail setting.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail in merchandising, stock management and client records.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years’ experience in luxury retail or premium fashion boutiques, demonstrating measurable sales performance and client development.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational or tertiary study in fashion, retail or a related field is advantageous.
