Saint Laurent Client Advisor opportunity in Chengdu, China. Full-time retail role reporting to Store Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients, delivering experiences aligned with Maison standards
- Actively build and maintain client relationships by identifying needs, anticipating future requests, and maintaining comprehensive client portfolios
- Drive sales performance and exceed individual KPIs through business-minded, entrepreneurial approaches and effective use of available tools
- Create personalized, versatile silhouettes for clients while demonstrating authentic passion for fashion culture and brand heritage
- Communicate professionally and transparently with clients and colleagues, fostering unique connections based on authenticity
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams with strong team spirit while adhering to all company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality with a focus on high-quality, client-centered service
- Personal taste and genuine passion for fashion culture with ability to curate personalized looks
