Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience across all boutique touchpoints, including after‑sale service.
- Identify, connect with and cultivate a proactive client portfolio to drive repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a business‑minded and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create tailored styling solutions and present timeless, on‑brand looks that reflect Saint Laurent’s aesthetic.
- Use available retail tools and CRM systems to identify and exploit commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate proactively with front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to support store performance and team objectives.

Qualifications
- Preferred prior experience in client‑facing roles within fashion & accessories retail, luxury hospitality or high‑level customer service.
