Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store client service and after-sales care, ensuring each interaction is personalized, discreet and memorable.
- Develop and maintain a proactive client portfolio through outreach, appointment management and clienteling activities.
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store KPIs using an entrepreneurial approach to prospecting, cross-selling and upselling.
- Create personalized, versatile styling solutions that reflect the house aesthetic and client preferences.
- Use available business tools and processes to maximise sales opportunities and accurately record client data and transactions.
- Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations, stock flow and a cohesive team spirit.
- Adhere to brand standards, visual presentation guidelines and all company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in high-end customer service or luxury retail, hospitality or fashion-facing roles preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and ability to create tailored looks for clients.
- Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial drive to grow revenue and client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sincerity and the ability to build long-term client trust.
- Comfortable with digital tools and point-of-sale systems; quick to adapt to new applications.
- Organised, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and receptive to change.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
