Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Brussels to deliver personalised luxury client experiences and drive sales at the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Maison at the Brussels boutique and welcome clients with the brand’s signature standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Deliver bespoke styling consultations that present the Direction Artistique’s collections and personalise Saint Laurent silhouettes to client needs.
- Develop, animate and nurture a personal client portfolio using clienteling techniques and the tools provided by the Maison.
- Proactively pursue and achieve individual sales objectives; monitor and report on KPIs and sales indicators for the boutique and personal portfolio.
- Provide expert product advice on fit, cut and materials; maintain up-to-date product knowledge and visual presentation standards.
- Propose corrective actions and initiatives to improve boutique performance and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury prêt‑à‑porter retail or fashion sales.
- Proven track record managing a local client portfolio; experience with international clientele is an advantage.
- Client-first mindset with demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to track sales indicators.
- Fluent English required; knowledge of Flemish/Dutch is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, capacity for self-reflection and collaborative team spirit.
- Strong product sensitivity and an informed fashion culture.

Experience
At least 3 years in luxury ready‑to‑wear sales with demonstrable experience building and managing a local (preferably international) client portfolio and delivering against sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or studies in fashion/retail is advantageous.
