Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service and seamless after-sale support to all visitors and customers.
- Build and sustain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs with an entrepreneurial, business-minded approach.
- Create personalized, timeless styling solutions tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Use all available tools and systems to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Collaborate proactively with front- and back-of-house teams to support store performance and team objectives.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, brand image and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in luxury fashion, accessories retail, premium customer service or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion culture and ability to create personalized looks.
- Business-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive and a target-focused approach.
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate to meet collective goals.
- Comfortable using digital tools and adapting quickly to new applications.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
