Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service and after-sales care that reflects the Saint Laurent brand and image.
- Maximize sales through proactive client development, conversion and relationship-building with new and existing clients.
- Support store management with daily operational processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market awareness to communicate house differentiation and current fashion trends.
- Contribute to back-of-house tasks including stock control, inventory management and visual presentation.
- Uphold grooming, appearance and organisation standards; act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
