Saint Laurent Client Advisor position at Bicester Village – 6-month fixed-term contract in UK luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
- Connect and reconnect with clients by identifying their needs and anticipating future requests
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure proactive and growing business
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals through business mindset and entrepreneurial approach
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes while demonstrating passion for fashion culture
