Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sales service to all store visitors, demonstrating product knowledge and fashion expertise
- Actively connect and reconnect with clients, placing their needs at the centre and anticipating future requirements
- Build and maintain comprehensive client portfolios to enable proactive business development and sustainable growth
