Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in Beijing to deliver luxury client experiences and drive in-store sales for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client and after-sales service to all visitors and customers, ensuring a refined and memorable brand experience.
- Proactively build, maintain and grow a robust client portfolio through personalised outreach, clienteling and follow-up.
- Drive individual sales and contribute to store KPIs by applying a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach to opportunities.
- Create personalised, versatile and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating strong knowledge of fashion culture and product assortments.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues; establish transparent, trust-based client relationships.
- Optimise business opportunities through effective use of all available tools and retail systems.
- Support front- and back-of-house teams to achieve collective objectives and uphold high team spirit.
- Comply with all company policies, operational procedures and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in fashion & accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality with a demonstrable client-focused approach.
- Personal taste and passion for fashion; ability to style and curate personalised client looks.
- Natural commercial acumen with entrepreneurial drive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong team orientation and willingness to support shop operations across functions.
- Comfortable adopting retail tools and applications; quick to learn new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and solution-oriented attitude.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and the local language (Mandarin).

Experience
Preferred professional experience in high-end retail, luxury hospitality or customer service, demonstrating the ability to deliver a high-quality, client-centric service and to cultivate a growing client portfolio.
