Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in Beijing — provide exceptional client service and drive sales for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding client service and after-sale care to all visitors and customers, consistent with the Maison’s standards.
  • Develop, maintain and expand a robust client portfolio, identifying client needs and anticipating future requests.
  • Drive personal sales and contribute to store KPIs through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalised, versatile and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating strong fashion sensibility.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Use all available retail tools and CRM systems to optimise commercial opportunities and client follow-up.
  • Support front- and back-of-house teams proactively to achieve collective store objectives.
  • Comply with and execute company policies, visual and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience in client-facing roles within fashion & accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrable personal taste and passion for fashion; aptitude for creating personalised looks.
  • Business-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to sales.
  • Strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate to achieve shared goals.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and prioritising effectively.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (local language) and functional proficiency in English.

Experience

Preferred professional experience in high-end retail, fashion accessories or luxury hospitality providing client-focused service; prior client portfolio development and track record of meeting sales KPIs are advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, visual merchandising or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
