Saint Laurent Client Advisor position in Abu Dhabi offering luxury retail sales and customer service opportunities in a prestigious fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize store sales by delivering exceptional customer service and comprehensive after-sales support
- Actively develop new client relationships whilst strengthening connections with existing clientele
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and remain current with market trends and competitive landscape
- Promote the Saint Laurent brand culture internally and externally, acting as brand ambassador
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, appearance, and organisation in compliance with brand guidelines
- Support management in executing in-store processes to ensure operational compliance and brand standards
- Contribute to back-of-house operations including stock control, inventory management, and store organisation
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment through teamwork and colleague support
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury goods or upmarket retail environments
- Strong product sensitivity and comprehensive knowledge of fashion trends and market dynamics
