Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service.
  • Cultivate new client relationships while strengthening existing ones.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
  • Uphold organization, grooming, and appearance standards in line with company guidelines.
  • Support management in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
  • Assist with back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury goods or retail.

Skills

Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Adaptability and a natural curiosity. Open-mindedness and creativity. Sales-driven with a social, open, and ambitious demeanor. Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Willingness to learn and improve.

Experience

Experience in luxury goods or retail is required.
