Saint Laurent Buying Retail Analyst Intern, Paris: Support European retail buying operations. Master's students welcome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with analysis by product category, collection, and individual store location
- Conduct daily sales analyses and track performance metrics across the European retail network
- Manage inventory movements, stock transfers, and replenishment requests from boutiques
- Develop and coordinate support materials for boutiques including product catalogues, training aids, and sales resources
- Communicate regularly with European boutiques to monitor performance and support retail initiatives
- Attend showroom presentations and participate in purchasing campaign development
- Create tools and documentation to support buying activities and order processing
- Illustrate purchasing plans and compile visual procurement documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme at a business school or equivalent commercial institution
- Strong knowledge of procurement and data analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to organize complex information and respond rapidly to requests
- Understanding of luxury fashion product categories and aesthetics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (working languages)
- Prior experience in luxury retail preferred
