Saint Laurent seeks a Business Analyst Intern in Paris to optimize omnichannel retail operations and drive data-driven customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, structure, and analyze omnichannel data streams including Order in Store, Pick up in Store, Ship-from-Store, Reserve in Store, and Book an Appointment services
- Build and maintain omnichannel performance dashboards tracking adoption, conversion, ROI, and operational KPIs by market
- Identify key trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and present findings to regional and internal stakeholders
- Analyze customer behaviors and store performance metrics to formulate actionable operational recommendations
- Support deployment of new omnichannel services, tools, and processes through coordination across global, regional, and local teams
- Participate in user testing, guideline development, and change management initiatives to ensure seamless service adoption
Qualifications
- Business or Commerce school student
- Demonstrated interest in luxury sector, retail, and digital business
- Prior experience with omnichannel projects or analytics preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI or Tableau valued
- Advanced command of English in both written and oral communication
- Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from large datasets
