Yves Saint Laurent seeks a Beauty Counter Supervisor in Chongqing to lead sales, consumer relationships, counter operations, inventory and team performance. The role is full-time and includes professional training, performance bonuses, insurance and paid leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets, managing, assigning and tracking performance indicators.
- Raise counter service standards, deliver an outstanding consumer experience and strengthen consumer relationships.
- Manage consumer relationships at the counter and develop plans to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
- Maintain strong working relationships with department stores and shopping centres, support their initiatives and strengthen the brand’s reputation in the retail area.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, identify the counter’s strengths and develop sales opportunities.
- Ensure the counter and team members comply with company policies and maintain the brand image.
- Use and maintain beauty retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools associated with the counter.
- Manage counter merchandise and inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts and records.
- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, support training, recommend solutions and coach team members.
- Manage, motivate and develop team members.
- Ensure staffing levels meet the counter’s business needs and allocate schedules and tasks appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with the team, relay information, strengthen team loyalty and foster openness, collaboration and high morale.
