The Beauty Advisor represents Yves Saint Laurent in Chengdu, providing personalized beauty consultations, excellent customer experiences, and after-sales service while achieving sales targets and developing customer loyalty. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers, and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Understand beauty market trends and monitor competitors.
