The Beauty Advisor represents Yves Saint Laurent in Yiwu, providing expert beauty consultations, personalised product recommendations and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets. The role also supports counter operations, customer loyalty and brand standards; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet company sales objectives and use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalised experience that meets customer expectations.
- Manage customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Monitor beauty-market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalised consultations, recommend appropriate products and facilitate product trials.
