Yves Saint Laurent seeks a Beauty Advisor in Yichang to deliver expert brand advice, personalized beauty consultations and excellent customer experiences while meeting sales targets. The role also covers customer relationship development, counter operations, product and market knowledge, and compliance. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert brand advice and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers, and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Monitor beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and support customers in trying products.
