The Beauty Advisor represents Yves Saint Laurent in Shijiazhuang, providing expert beauty consultations and personalised product experiences while meeting sales targets and building customer loyalty. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales objectives set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalised experience that meets customer expectations.
- Build and maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Apply brand and category knowledge, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalised consultations, recommend suitable products and support customers in trying them.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales service; understand customer profiles and maintain timely, considerate contact with customers.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning and inventory counts, and safeguard store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
