Yves Saint Laurent seeks a Beauty Advisor in Ningbo to deliver expert beauty consultations and customer experiences, achieve sales targets, develop customer loyalty and support counter operations. The full-time role includes brand training, performance bonuses, statutory social insurance and housing fund, supplementary medical insurance, company benefits, and paid annual and sick leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand consultations and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales objectives set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalised experience that meets customer expectations.
- Build and maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Monitor beauty-market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalised consultations, recommend suitable products and support customers in trying them.

- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, while safeguarding store and counter assets.
